# Sochi Problems

February 7th marked the beginning of the 22nd Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. Surely at one point or another, you might’ve taken the opportunity to huddle around your TV, iPad, cell phone, or whatever device you may have in order to catch glimpses of the much anticipated action. Whether you’ve tuned in with friends or family to watch the hockey games, the figure skating, or even the double’s luge, we can assure you that nothing unites the country together more than #SochiProblems. Alright, admittedly it’s probably not considered quality bonding time if you and a buddy spend hours stalking your twitter feed in anticipation of the next hilarious picture however, you have to admit, they're pretty funny. Even the most self-righteous of individuals cannot resist the comedic and situational hilarity that is #SochiProblems. Canadian Alex Broad is the creator of the Twitter account that is responsible for bringing tears of laughter to the eyes of many. This 20-year-old college student has compiled a list of images and facts straight from the Sochi Olympic Games on a single Twitter account. We’ve selected a few for your viewing pleasure because it’s never too early to reminisce about the winter games!

![]() Especially when you Paint it...You can make fun all you want but we do believe that this is a way for Sochi to motivate the athletes by informally telling them that the grass IS greener on the other side. And although Russia hasn’t had the best of luck when it comes to indoor plumbing, we do have to admire all the effort put in towards making these Winter Games a success, which they indeed were! |
